Today was the 17th birthday of my very own little Cookie Monster, Timmy.
So, I thought a cake version of Sesame Street's Cookie Monster would be so perfect for my cheeky, charming brother...
I essentially made a simple angel cake with blue food colouring, iced in vanilla butter-cream icing, cookie monster eyes made of fondant and chocolate chip buttons. And not forgetting chocolate chip cookies for the mouth.
